PURPOSE: A gas water heater and a hot water supply device are provided to prevent pipes from being frozen by easily re-circulating water as an outer hot water tank is installed outside the gas water heater.;CONSTITUTION: A gas water heater(100) comprises a vertical pipe(111), a flow sensor(120), a heat exchanger(130), a hot water pipe(112), a flow control valve(140), and a bypass pipe(113). The flow control valve is installed in a hot water pipe(112), and controls the flow rate of hot water discharged to the outside. One end of the bypass pipe is connected to the vertical pipe at a branch part(114), and the other end is connected to a vertical hot water port(115).
