PURPOSE: An environment-friendly bio new material biodegradable nanocomposite resin composition is provided to improve mechanical, physical, and thermal characteristics by mixing nanocomposite materials with a biodegradable resin, and to offer far infrared ray and anion effects.;CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly bio new material biodegradable nanocomposite resin composition is used as a coating agent for a finishing material selected from cement bricks, loading bricks, gypsum boards, and plastering wall material. The composition contains 70wt% of polylactic acid, 5-10wt% of tourmaline, 5-10wt% of zeolite, and 5-10wt% of phosphate monazite mineral radiating far infrared rays and generating anions. The phosphate monazite mineral is formed with (Ce, La, Y, Th)PO4. Components of the phosphate monazite mineral is formed with 4.7wt% of F, 0.62wt% of MgO, 0.72wt% of Al2O3, 5.2wt% of SiO2, 2.3wt% of P2O5, 4.4wt% of S03, 1.1wt% of Cl, 0.074wt% of K2O, 1.8wt% of CaO, 0.019wt% of Kr, 1.2wt% of SrO, 4.5wt% of BaO, 23wt% of La2O3, 34wt% of CeO2, 3.3wt% of Pr6O11, 81.wt% of Nd2O3, 0.76wt% of Sm2O3, 0.16wt% of ThO2, and 4.047wt% of Y2O3.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
