ECO-FRIENDLY SCALE REMOVING SYSTEM OF MARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEEL SHEET USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly system for removing scales of a martensitic stainless steel plate and a martensitic stainless steel plate manufacturing method using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs as denitrification and acid purification are greatly facilitated and a process is simple in comparison with an existing stainless steel pickling process. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly system for removing scales of a martensitic stainless steel plate comprises a short blast treating member(3), an pickling member(4), a washing member(6), a drying member(7), and a scale breaker processing member(2). The short blast treating member removes scales formed on a surface of the martensitic stainless steel plate. The pickling member dips the martensitic stainless steel plate transferred from the short blast treating member into a hydrochloric acid bath, thereby removing remained scales. The washing member washes hydrochloric acid remained on the martensitic stainless steel plate transferred from the washing member. The drying member dries the martensitic stainless steel plate transferred from the washing member. The scale breaker processing member improves an effect of a short blast treatment before treating the short blast.
