PURPOSE: A marine construction and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce the quantity of concrete required for the manufacture of a marine construction, improve supporting force by raising self-rigidity, and reduce the installation time and efforts of marine work by reducing the weight of a marine structure.;CONSTITUTION: A marine structure includes a concrete tube(100), multiple column members(200), multiple horizontal members(300), and multiple pile mounting portions(400). The concrete tube has a hollow. The multiple column members are formed by a concrete material and are arranged in a slope so that a hollow member is reclaimed inside to form a hollow and supports the tube. The multiple horizontal members are installed along the horizontal direction between the multiple column members, are formed by a concrete material, and include a hollow member inside to form a hollow.
