PURPOSE: A device for generating depth estimation data, a computer-readable recording medium including a depth estimation generating program, and a pseudo stereoscopic image display device thereof are provided to obtain a sufficient pseudo stereoscopic effect by matching the maximum value and the minimum value of a non-stereoscopic image with the maximum and the minimum of a dynamic range based on the average brightness of the non-stereoscopic image.;CONSTITUTION: An LPF(Low Pass Filter)(11) of a depth estimation data generating unit(1) removes an influence of a noise element. An image feature detecting unit(12) detects features of an inputted non-stereoscopic image to output image feature data. A depth estimating unit(13) generates depth estimation data. A stereo pair generating unit(2) generates a left eye image signal and a right eye image signal.
