EMBEDMENT TYPE WASHER AND AN ANCHOR BASE, CAPABLE OF EMBEDDING A BOLT AND A NUT INTO A CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An embedment type washer and an anchor base are provided to obtain structural safety and to prevent the loss of a nut and danger generated due to the protrusion of a bolt and the nut by changing the shape of the washer.;CONSTITUTION: A means for embedding a bolt and a nut into a concrete structure comprises an embedment type washer(W) and an embedment type anchor base(S). The embedment washer comprises an upper part(1) processed with a press in a circular shape and a lower part(2) of a cylinder shape. The lower part of the washer is comprised as a cylinder shape of an iron material including a hole(3) of a length and width in which the bolt and the nut enters. The embedment type anchor base is processed as two layers of the hole in order to insert the embedment type washer. The embedment type anchor base and the bolt are installed in the concrete structure after punching the holes, and the embedment type washer and the nut are successively inserted in order to be fixed.
