FRONT OUTRIGGER CAPABLE OF INCREASING THE LEVEL OF A LOWER END OF A CAR BODY FRAME BY FIXING A FIXED BRACKET ON THE SIDE OF THE CAR BODY FRAME

PURPOSE: A front outrigger is provided to prevent the bottom of a travelling car from being scraped on the protruded spot of the road surface by fixing a fixed bracket on the side of a car body frame to effectively make the bottom of the car higher.;CONSTITUTION: A front outrigger comprises a pair of fixed brackets(30), a support leg(21), a scaffold(22) and a cylinder device(20). The fixed bracket includes an upper clamping plate(31), a lower clamping plate(33) and a vertical support plate(35). The upper clamping plate is connected to a fastening unit in order to be positioned on the side of a car body frame which is fixed on the bottom plate of the car body. The lower fastening unit is connected to the upper fastening plate through a partition wall(34). The support leg and the scaffold are fixed between the vertical support plates of the fixed bracket by a hinge. The cylinder device has the end of a cylinder fixed between the upper and the lower fastening plates by a hinge, and the end of a piston fixed on the support leg and the scaffold by a link.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
