PURPOSE: A deep water circulation apparatus is provided to effectively increase the content of dissolved oxygen and to obtain clean water by circulating deep water. CONSTITUTION: A deep water circulation apparatus comprises a buoyancy frames(20,21,22); one or more wind impellers(11) rotating by wind force; a generator(13); a solar cell module(23,24); a capacitor(17); a mixer(27); a corrugated pipe(29); and a filtering net(30). The generator generates electricity by being installed in the rotating shaft of the wind impeller. The mixer elevates the deep water to an upper side by being installed in the lower part of the rotating shaft. The filtering net prevents the damages of a mixer wing by filtering wood and waste material.
