PURPOSE: A curvature forming device for manufacturing of a coil-shaped metal sheet is provided to have a long hole installed on a fixing plate to facilitate the gap adjustment between a final forming roller and a curvature forming roller.;CONSTITUTION: A curvature forming device for manufacturing of a coil-shaped metal sheet includes a fixing plate(32), a support block(31), a guide member(36), a roller support rod(22), a curvature forming roller(21) and a control screw rod(35). The guide member comprises a guide hole penetrating the fixing plate in the direction to make an acute angle with the fixing plate. The roller support rod is inserted into the guide hole whereby the guide hole slides in the longitudinal direction of the guide hole. The curvature forming roller is installed on the upper end of the roller support rod and rolling-contacted to the metal sheet. The control screw rod is combined with the support block for the dead-end to be movable forward and backward inside the guide hole, thereby pushing out the roller support rod to the upper side.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
