PURPOSE: A composite sialon phosphor powder is provided to provide a phosphor which has uniform light-emitting performance within a wide temperature range, has high color rendering in a green and yellow region, and has excellent thermal stability.;CONSTITUTION: A composite sialon phosphor powder consists of a first phase represented by Si_(6-z)Al_zO_zN_(8-z):Re_y nad a second phase represented by M_xSi_(12-m-n)Al_(m+n)O_nN_(16-n):Re_y. In the first phase, 0.05z0.3, 0.01y0.02, Re is, as an activator, one or more elements selected from Eu, Ce, Tb, Yb, Sm, and Dy. In the second phase, M is one or more elements selected from Li, Mg, Ca, and Y, Re is the same as the Re of the first phase, 0.3=m=1.0, m=2n, 0.02=y=0.15, and m=2x+3y.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
