摘要

PURPOSE: A rhenium-free single crystal super-alloy for the blade and the vane of a turbine is provided to allow the super-alloy to include aluminum, cobalt, chrome, hafnium, molybdenum, tantalum, titanium, and tungsten with certain contents and remnant including nickel and a small amount of an incidental element.;CONSTITUTION: A rhenium-free single crystal super-alloy for the blade and the vane of a turbine includes 5.60 to 5.85 wt% of aluminum, 9.4 to 9.9 wt% of cobalt, 5.0 to 6.0 wt% of chrome, 0.08 to 0.35 wt% of hafnium, 0.50 to 0.70 wt% of molybdenum, 8.0 to 9.0 wt% of tantalum, 0.60 to 0.90 wt% of titanium, 8.5 to 9.8 wt% of tungsten, and remnant including nickel and a small amount of an incidental element.
