PURPOSE: A press mold with a processed scrap discharge structure using air is provided to inject the strong air through an air injection nozzle onto processed scrap to be separated from lower end of a punch to which the processed scrap, which is broken away from a processed object, sticks; thereby preventing rise of the processed scrap during a molding process.;CONSTITUTION: A press mold with a processed scrap discharge structure using air includes a lower part mold which is composed of a mold die(210) into which a punch(110) of the upper mold is inserted, and a die land unit and a scrap discharge unit(12) which are formed with a piercing hole(10) of a mold die. A scrap discharging unit becomes wider toward the lower part for the process scrap to be easily discharged through. The die land unit is formed to be shorter than the end part of the punch at a bottom dead center of the punch so that the end part of the punch reaches the scrap discharge unit. An air injection nozzle(20) is formed on a region from which the scrap discharge unit of the lower end of the die land unit starts, where the air which is supplied through the air injection nozzle from the external air line is injected to separate the processed scrap, which is broken away from an processed object, from the lower end of the punch.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
