PURPOSE: A data structure and a method for color transformation when transmitting data between heterogeneous devices are provided to insert a 1D or 3D LUT(Look Up Table) in a MXF(Material eXchange Format) when transmitting the image data between the heterogeneous devices and to apply the 1D or 3D LUT to the color change, thereby supporting the identical color in the color change between the heterogeneous devices.;CONSTITUTION: A first image device wraps image data by using a content exchange format file which includes metadata with a color conversion LUT, and delivers the wrapped image data to a second image device(S110). The second image device unwraps the wrapped image data(S120).
