PURPOSE: A blower device of a special-equipped vehicle is provided to a heating mode or a relative cooling mode by selectively changing a wind direction to a driver seat of a special-equipped vehicle having an action element operating by a fluid pressure.;CONSTITUTION: A blower device of a special-equipped vehicle comprises a storage tank(10), a circulation line(20), a hydraulic pump(30), a heat exchanger(40), and a blower(50). The storage tank stores a fluid. The circulation line connects the storage tank and an action element(120), and the fluid is circulated. The hydraulic pump supplies the fluid stored in the storage tank to the action element. The heat exchanger is prepared in the circulation line passing nearby of a driver seat.
