COOLING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE AND A CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF MINIMIZING A POWER REQUIRED IN A COOLING DEVICE BY DRIVING A COOLING FAN AND A WATER PUMP TO A MOTOR DRIVING METHOD
PURPOSE: A cooling device for a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to separately operate by separating a cooling device from an engine by operating a cooling fan and a water pump implementing all in a motor driving method by using a biaxial motor.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for a vehicle comprises a cooling fan-water pump driving motor(70), and a motor driving unit(80). The cooling fan-water pump driving motor is implemented as a biaxial motor. A cooling fan(50) is connected in one-axis of a radiator direction. A water pump(30) is connected in the other axis of an engine direction. A cooling fan and a water pump are driven together. The motor driving unit controls whether driving or not and a rotation state of the cooling fan-water pump driving motor.
