PURPOSE: A device for cleaning the inside of a built-in spindle is provided to clean the inside of a headstock by using an air blow line which passes through the inside of the headstock, thereby improving production efficiency due to there being no need to disassemble the machine.;CONSTITUTION: A device for cleaning the inside of a built-in spindle (20) comprises a cleaning unit body (210) and a unit for supplying compressed air (270). Oil is stored in the cleaning unit body. The cleaning unit body comprises an inlet unit (220) and an outlet unit (230). The outlet unit is formed at a lower part in a lower location compared to the location of the inlet unit. The outlet unit is connected to an air blow line (150). The unit for supplying compressed air is connected to the air blow line through a first pipe. The unit for supplying compressed air is connected to the inlet unit through a second pipe. The unit for supplying compressed air supplies air which is compressed with a predetermined pressure.
