A flow path connecting seal (100) for preventing hydraulic pressure for braking from being leaked outside is formed at the through-flow path, and a hollow part (104) is formed inside the same. A backflow preventing member (130) for preventing the backflow of the hydraulic pressure is formed between one side of the seal and the through-flow path or the other side of the seal and the through-flow path.
