PURPOSE: A device for reducing white smoke by forcible heating of a cooling tower is provided to prevent white smoke of air discharged to the outside after being heat-exchanged with a coolant. CONSTITUTION: A cooling tower comprises a casing (100), an air outlet (110), an inhaling fan (121), a motor for driving the inhaling fan (122), an inhaling fan unit (120), an air outlet (130), a heat exchanger, a water injection unit (15), an eliminator (160), and a water collecting tank (170). A discharging guide unit (111) is extended to the upper part of the air outlet of the casing so that a device (200) for reducing white smoke by forcible heating of the cooling tower is installed in the upper end of a discharging guide unit. The device for reducing white smoke has a head pipe formed in one side to have a predetermined length. A plurality of heat pipes, which are installed on the outer circumferential surface of the head pipe in a longitudinal direction at the same interval and connected inside the head pipe in one side, are formed into a serpentine structure. On the outer circumferential surface of the heat pipes, multiple electric heating pins are arranged at the same interval. A heating type heater unit is formed inside one side end of the head pipe.
