Purpose: a kind of method and system is arranged to distinguish boundary and the grade of trading limit, uses a kind of hydrologic model method for analyzing water flow for distinguishing the boundary for using the trading limit of density of commercial facilities. Construction: a kind of method uses the boundary of the trading limit of density of commercial facilities as described below for distinguishing. It is that POI information passes through grid (S10) construction density data in the distribution input of the commercial facilities of a target area. By using a kind of hydrologic model method, the basin on the boundary of flowing and trading limit is generated within target area, is used to analyze water flow (S30). By basin (S40, S50), it is distinguished on the boundary of the trading limit of target area and grade.
