PURPOSE: A roll stabilizer for a chassis of a vehicle is provided to improve durability by installing a safety device on a rotor side in which torque is less, have advantageous effects for a size, and reduce costs.;CONSTITUTION: A roll stabilizer (100) for a chassis of a vehicle comprises a rotor (161), a stator (162), a bearing member (164), and a safety device body (200). The rotor generates power so that a first carrier unit (130) and a second carrier unit (140) are rotated. The stator is fixed to the circumference of the rotor and supports the rotor to be fixed to the inside of the first carrier unit. The bearing member is formed in the inner circumference of the stator and supports the rotor to be able to rotate. The safety device body includes a safety device (210) inside.
