SNOW-DEQTH MEASURING DEVICE AND SNOW-DEQTH METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A measuring device of the amount of snowfall and a method thereof using the same are provided to obtain more accurate measurement data by 3-dimentioanlly calculate the up and down and left and right measurement values of the snowfall through a laser sensor. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device of the amount of snowfall comprises a case (100) with one open side; a laser sensor (200) which is mounted inside a case and measures the amount of snowfall through a laser; a transferring unit (300) which is fixed inside the case in a state that the laser sensor is mounted to move the laser sensor up and down; a controller (400) which controls the transferring unit and the laser sensor according to the amount of snowfall by being connected to the inside of the case without the interference of the transferring unit.
