PURPOSE: A hybrid-type fine processing device is provided to minimize thermal damage to an object by processing the object only with laser and to improve the quality of an object in sketch, shadow, and color.;CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-type fine processing device comprises a cutting unit (10), a laser generating module (20), a body unit (30), a mirror unit (40), a moving unit (50), and a control unit (60). The mirror unit includes a motor and a mirror of which reflective angle is adjusted by the motor to radiate laser from the laser generating module onto an object.
