PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ferrate by using an electrochemical method is provided to manufacture high concentrated ferrate by needs in water treatment field by using a separate film type oxidation bath which is comprised of one anode, two cathodes and cation exchange membranes.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ferrate by using an electrochemical method comprises an anodic oxidation tank (10), cathodic oxidation tanks (20), cation exchange membranes (30), a transmitted inlet port (50), and a transmitted outlet port (60). Fe electrodes (12) connected to (+) power source is installed in the cation oxidation bath. The cathode oxidation bath is installed at both ends of the cation oxidation bath. In each of the anodic oxidation tank, DSA electrodes (22) in which (-) power source are linked are installed. The cation exchange membranes are respectively installed between the cation oxidation bath and the cathode oxidation bath. The electrolyte inlet port is formed at the lower part of the cation oxidation bath for inflow of electrolyte. The electrolyte vent is formed for discharging ferrate aqueous solution manufactured at the upper side of the cation oxidation bath.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
