PURPOSE: A luminous board for interior and exterior finishing or decoration is provided to emit light to a wide area with a small number of light sources and to output a predesigned light pattern to the front side of a board.;CONSTITUTION: A luminous board (100) for interior and exterior finishing or decoration comprises a board (110) and a light source (120). The board is formed of a transparent material and comprises a light diffusing part (111) and a light emitting part (112). The light diffusing part reflects or curves the light of the light source to form the diffused light on the board. The light emitting part emits the diffused light to the front side of the board.
