PURPOSE: Foot and mouth disease virus bearing 3B partially deleted gene of serotype O is provided to weaken pathogenicity in an animal, thereby being safer than pathogenic virus when the virus is used for a disinfectant experiment or an antivirus experiment etc in a laboratory.;CONSTITUTION: A plasmid has a base sequence like a sequence number 1. In the plasmid, a foot and mouth disease virus gene capable of producing foot and mouth disease virus bearing 3B partially deleted gene of serotype O is inserted. The plasmid is used for determining the foot and mouth disease virus. The foot and mouth disease virus bearing 3B partially deleted gene of serotype O is produced from the plasmid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
