PURPOSE: An anti-sloshing device for a liquid storage tank on the land is provided to prevent a fastening member from damaging the inner wall of a liquid storage tank.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-sloshing device for a liquid storage tank on the land comprises multiple buoyancy blocks (120) and connection parts. The buoyancy blocks are arranged on liquid cargo to cover a portion of the surface of the liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank.
