PURPOSE: A crime reporting automatic relay system is provided to deal with an emergency situation in a shorter time by using a voice call directly between a control policeman having a dispatch terminal and a crime notifier. CONSTITUTION: Notifying terminals(10) connects a crime reporting or an emergency situation to a situation room server(20) through a wire and wireless communications network. A situation room server is connected with notifying terminals(10) through a wire and wireless communications network, receives a voice call transmitted from the notifying terminals, and stores searched call information based on received voice call contents and a received voice call. An automatic relay server(30) automatically relays notifying terminals to dispatch terminals according to the received voice call and call information in real time.
