The present invention relates to novel imidazole derivatives having an inhibitory activity on the pyrazine flu (Influenza A virus) (I) compound , to a composition for anti-viral therapy comprising them and methods for their preparation . The compounds according to the present invention exhibits a strong inhibitory activity against influenza virus , the composition containing them can be used as medicaments for the treatment of antiviral : R & 1 &
