A Method of Preparing the Aphicidal Extract of Sophorae Radix, the Agents Comprising it and the Method of Controling Aphids

PURPOSE: A Sophorae Radix root extract with an activity of preventing firefly is provided to replace agricultural chemical and to ensure excellent prevention activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Sophorae Radix root extract for preventing firefly comprises: a step of adding Sophorae Radix root to 5-15 times volume of ethane and extracting in the dark for 40-60 hours and filtering to obtain extract; a step of concentrating at 30-43C; and a step of freeze-drying the concentrated extract. A composition for preventing firefly contains the Sophorae Radix root extract. The composition further contains Phrethrum flower extract.
