Inhibiting and promoting agent for autophagy of Dendritic cell

PURPOSE: An inhibitor for macrophage autophagy action containing interleukin-10 is provided to induce PI3kinase I activation and to effectively suppress autophagy action. CONSTITUTION: An inhibitor for macrophagy autophagy action contains interleukin-10 as an active ingredient. The interleukin-10 suppresses the autophagy by inducing PI3 kinase I activation using cellular signal transduction. The inhibitor is used for treating and preventing type 1 diabetes and autophagy-activated cancer. A promoter for macrophagy autophgy action contains IL-10 receptor binding inhibitor or PI3kinase I activation inhibitor. The PI3kinase I activation inhibitor is 22-(4-morpholinyl)-8-phenyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one.
