METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WINDOWS PROFILE WITH WOODEN FLOUR AND MANUFACTURED WINDOWS PROFILE THAT METHOD

PURPOSE: A profile for a window containing wood flour and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manpower because additional procedures like a interior seat work, etc is not necessary and to freely form a complex shape. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a profile for a window containing wood flour is as follows. The 7-90 wt.% of a plasticized resin with respect to total amount charged in a die(200) is pressed by a resin compressor. The 10-25 wt.% of a wood flour with respect to the total amount charged in the die is pressed to form a wood flour layer on at least one side of a profile to be formed. The resin and wood flour are molded in the die while being pressed. The resin and wood flour are cooled after being calibrated through a calibrator(212) and a tank(214) with cooling water. The wood flour layer of the profile is processed to remove gloss and to increase the adhesion of the wood flour layer.
