PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bio-affinitive implant is provided to enhance cohesive power between an implant and a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing bio-affinitive implant is as follows. Hydroxyapatite composite powder is prepared by dispersing silver powder into hydroxyapatite powder. One or among nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen gas or carrier gas(13) is supplied. The hydroxyapatite composite powder is supplied to a vacuum chamber(19) in a condition without atmosphere while moving with carrier gas in a closed circuit. The hydroxyapatite composite powder collides with an implant type base metal and forms a coating layer.
