PURPOSE: An integral pipe flange molding method is provided to prevent damage to a material caused by superheat generated by a welding process, thereby increasing the product stability.;CONSTITUTION: An integral pipe flange molding method is composed of the following steps. A first lower part mold equipped with a lower part curvature radius is prepared. A pipe with the same outer diameter of the upper side of the first lower part mold is inserted into a first lower part mold. The pipe has a thickness compensated by the curved portion of the upper part of the upper part mold and a perpendicular unit of a second lower part, and has an integral pipe(100) flange formed with a perpendicular portion inside and with a curvature outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
