PURPOSE: A special thermal paper for medical use, a special thermal label for medical use are provided to protect the health of medical center employees and patients by not using environmental pollutants such as bisphenol A used in the existing thermal papers and to stably preserve the printed content on a thermal layer by increasing the wet-proof property and light-proof property of an over coating layer formed on the thermal layer. CONSTITUTION: A special thermal paper for medical use includes a raw paper(60) of 55-300g/m^2 made of a synthetic resin film; an undercoating layer(61) formed by coating and drying a ceramic solution composite for undercoating on the raw paper; a thermal layer(62) formed by coating and drying a ceramic solution composite for thermal layer formation on the undercoating layer; and an over coating layer(63) formed by coating and drying a ceramic solution composite for undercoating on the thermal layer. The raw paper is a white polyethylene film and is processed with a corona on the surface. The ceramic solution composite for undercoating includes azo pigment 29 wt%, polyvinyl alcohol 19 wt%, lauryl alcohol 49 wt%, and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) 3 wt%.
