METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BONE CEMENT INCLUDING N-ACETYL CYSTEINE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bone cement including n-acetyl cysteine is provided to suppress thermal necrosis of cell and peripheral tissue by reducing calorific value. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing bone cement including n-acetyl cysteine comprises a step of mixing 63-85 wt.% of acrylate compound, 13-35 wt.% of filler, and 0.1-0.5wt.% of N-acetyl cystein. The bone cement is able to reduce calorific value due to polymerization reaction without reducing surface hardness and bend strength.
