PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of transformable insects using electroporation and the transformable insects are provided to manufacture the transformable insects at high yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of transformable insects comprises the following steps: injecting vector DNA by using a microneedle into testis and ovary of the insect in chrysalis step; adding electroporation to the insect of in thee chrysalis step; mating male and female imago which came out from the chrysalis; and only sorting the female imago and receiving the laid eggs. The voltage when adding the electroporation is 50-60V.
