invention is an OFDM or OFDMA scheme in the wireless mobile communication systems for establishing the initial synchronization of the downlink signal transmission method , to an initial synchronization acquisition method in a terminal and the mobile communication terminal . The present invention is a limited resource, the downlink frame constituting the DL frame in order to effectively use a particular frequency- time domain by the use of more than one purpose in the basic concept . In other words , every downlink less specific frequency need to be transmitted per frame - time area is to use the channel resources effectively , by sending a signal that allocates a different purpose or a function to each of the DL frame during transmission .
