PURPOSE: A marine surge protection device is provided to protect marine electric and electronic facilities from lightning surface and abnormal voltage generated from an electric power generation system or an electricity distribution system. CONSTITUTION: A surface protection module includes a printed circuit board(131), a surface protection device(132), a first connector(133), a second connector(134), a molding unit(135), and a surface protection unit fixing bracket(136). The surface protection device protects electricity and electronic facilities from a surface included in a power line while being installed in a printed circuit board. The first connector is installed in the printed circuit board, is connected to the power line and transmits surge to the protection device. The second connector is installed in the printed circuit board, is connected to an LED display module and transmits an operation signal of the surface protection module to an LED display module. The molding unit protects the printed circuit board, the surface protection device, some parts of the first and the second connector from vibration and moisture. The surge protection unit fixing bracket is installed on the bottom of the molding unit and fixes the surface protection module to the lower housing.
