RED CLAY COMPLEX BLOCK AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF FOR APPLYING AN EFFLORESCENCE INHIBITION LIQUID

PURPOSE: A red clay complex block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to lower a maintenance cost by preventing efflorescence and continuously maintaining an initially constructed state.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a red clay complex block comprises the following steps: manufacturing a block combined mixture which contains red clay, granite soil, sand, stone powder, cement, FE2O3, NaCl, and a firming agent; manufacturing an outer shape by applying vibration to a form which is inserted with the block combined mixture; curing the block combined mixture inside the form to manufacture into a red clay complex block semi-finished product; applying an efflorescence inhibition liquid to the semi-finished product; and curing the semi-finished product into the red clay complex block.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
