PURPOSE: A composition containing a nucleotide sequence for enhancing abiotic stress is provided to suppress transformation or expression of a plant. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing abiotic stress resistance of a plant contains a nucleic acid molecule which suppresses expression of a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3, 4, or mixture thereof. The abiotic stress is drought, cold, and salt stress. The nucleic acid molecule is T-DNA, siRNA, shRNA, miRNA, ribozyme, PNA(peptide nucleic acids), or antisense oligonucleotide. A composition for promoting germination of a plant contains the nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid of sequence number 3, 4, or mixture thereof.
