PURPOSE: A method for distinguishing Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum is provided to enable distinguishing Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum by direct sequencing, SNP genotyping, and RFLP. CONSTITUTION: A method for distinguishing Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum using RFLP analysis comprises a step of preparing a biological sample from Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum auriculatum; a step of isolating genome DNA from the biological sample; a step of amplifying DNS sequence having a sequence of sequence number 1 and amplifying DNA sequence of sequence number 2 of Cynanchum auriculatum; and a step of treating the amplified products with Xcml and detecting the cleaved DNA fragment.
