STRUCTURE OF ARTIFICIAL TURF USING ARTIFICIAL TURF AND PUPL FILLER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL TURF USING ARTIFICIAL TURF AND PULP FILLER

PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure using artificial turf and a pulp filler, and an artificial turf structure manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the artificial turf and a pulp filler from breaking away even in case of a high humid condition by being united with each other, and to prevent a user from being externally injured by impact, since the artificial turf structure maximizes shock repelling power with light weight. CONSTITUTION: An artificial turf structure using artificial turf and a pulp filler includes a drainage layer (120), a fine grain permeable layer (130), an artificial turf layer (140), a pulp packed layer (150), and a coconut husk fiber layer. The pulp packed layer is formed by spreading pulp filler chips (Pc) on the artificial turf layer. The coconut husk fiber layer is composed of coconut husk fibers which are crossed vertically and horizontally, and bonded by a natural adhesive, so that the successful union of artificial turf leaves is fixed by supplementing rigidity for the pulp packed layer.
