PURPOSE: An inspection module of a system inserting a constant water inspection module inside pipelines is provided to be smoothly moved inside pipelines of large or small diameter by miniaturizing the configuration of the device. CONSTITUTION: An inspection module of a system inserting a constant water inspection module inside pipelines comprises a connecting ring (400), a base unit (410), a body, an auto balancing (520), a board (470), a camera (480), a camera lens (490), and a bearing (500). The connecting ring is connected to the end of a cable of the system inserting the constant water inspection module. The base unit is connected to the connecting ring. The bottom surface of the body is connected to the base unit at one side of the base unit. The auto balancing is connected to the bottom surface of the base unit and is formed for the center of gravity. The board is connected to the outer surface of the body to supply the power, to sense sound signals, and to output the same. The camera is connected to the base unit. The camera lens is connected to one side of the camera. The bearing is connected between the camera and the lens.
