PURPOSE: A dipstick gauge type sensor and a system using the same for sensing deterioration of engine oil are provided to determine the simplicity of installing the sensor and the extent of deterioration of the engine oil efficiently and to transmit information thereof to a user on a real-time basis. CONSTITUTION: A dipstick gauge type sensor for sensing deterioration of engine oil comprises a sensor unit(110), a transmitting unit(134), and a connecting unit(120). The sensor unit senses a state of the engine oil. The transmitting unit transmits information sensed by the sensor unit. The connecting unit transmits the sensed information with respect to the state of the engine oil to the transmitting unit.
