PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanowire heterostructure consisting of a strontium apatite core and crystalline carbon shell is provided to provide a large amount of the nanowire heterostructure by a simple process of VS(Vapor-Solid) mechanism and surface graphitization. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanowire heterostructure consisting of a strontium apatite core and crystalline carbon shell comprises a step of introducing a strontium source material as a nanowire support into a reactor; a step of maintaining vacuum in the reactor, supplying transfer gas, and increasing the temperature of the reactor; a step of controlling the inner pressure of the reactor; a step of supplying carbon source and phosphorous source as reaction gas into the reactor; a step of reacting the strontium source material and the reaction gas; and a step of cooling the reactor to room temperature.
