PURPOSE: A dyeing method of polyester yarn, a dyed yarn fabricated thereby, and a fabric using the dyed yarn are provided to remarkably shorten a dyeing process of yarn by knitting polyester yarn with a circular knitting machine, dyeing the circular knit, unwinding ply of the circular knit, and rolling the circular knit. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing method of polyester yarn comprises the steps of: weaving polyester yarn with a circular knitting machine; heat-setting the circular knit; dipping the circular knit in a dye and dyeing the circular knit; performing reduction cleaning of the dyed circular knit; washing and drying the circular knit; and unwinding ply of the circular knit and rolling with winding tension.
