Culture media for mushroom cultivation comprising herbal slurgies and mushroom having the activity of anticancer and immunological enhancement produced thereby

PURPOSE: A mushroom cultivation medium containing waste medical herb sludge, and functional mushrooms using thereof are provided to offer the antitumor activity and immune-potentiating activity of the mushroom to users. CONSTITUTION: Functional mushrooms using a mushroom cultivation medium containing waste medical herb sludge is obtained by the following steps: mixing the 50-150 meshes dried waste medical herb sludge with medium materials; sterilizing the mixture to obtain the medium having the pH of 6.5-6.8 and the water content of 64-68%; injecting mushroom fungi into the obtained medium; and cultivating the mushroom fungi at 20-26 deg C for 5-10 days. The mushrooms are flammulina velutipes, lentinus edodes, or ganoderma lucidum. The waste medical herb sludge is sleeted from scutellaria baicalensis, eleutherococcus senticosus, eucommia ulmoides, ligusticum acutilobum, cnidium officinale, astragalus membranaceus, paeonia lactiflora, atractylodes japonica, poria cocos, rehmannia glutinosa, cinnamon, glycyrrhiza uralensis, or polygonatum sibiricum.
