PURPOSE: A device for controlling multiple robots by using a wireless teaching pendant and a control method thereof are provided to continuously use a pad only by changing software without changing the teaching pendant even if equipment is changed.;CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling multiple robots comprises the following steps: transmitting request messages to an access point (AP) by a teaching pendant (100); transmitting the request messages to master boards (200) to which the AP is related; transmitting response messages to the AP by a first master board which is a part of the master boards; and transmitting the response messages to the teaching pendant by the AP. The first information is transmitted only to the first master board. A plurality of access points (AP) transmits the first information only to the master boards related to itself.
