FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: for linear pre-stressing, when stressed reinforcement is arranged in transverse direction of the manufactured flat structure, the thermal formwork is equipped in the lower part with a power element to perceive forces of pre-stressing from stressed reinforcement. Above the power element there are the following components installed via heat insulation: an independent thermal tray with inlet and outlet nozzles for coolant, longitudinal fixed power supports - the first and the second one, rigidly connected to longitudinal ends of the power element, and also a longitudinal movable power support arranged behind the first longitudinal fixed one, where between them there is a mechanical device for movement of the longitudinal movable power support and behind them a limiter-key keeper. All longitudinal power supports have slots for placement of transverse stressed reinforcement in them with anchors at ends, where heat insulation heat resistant jackets-shells are installed, between fixed first and second power supports, for its heating to temperature T°C=350°-400°C. The thermal formwork also comprises transverse first and second power supports with slots for stressed reinforcement. Additionally the thermal formwork for linear pre-stressing is equipped for pillars of a carcass building with detachable extreme and middle formwork inserts. For flat pre-stressing, when stressed reinforcement is arranged both in transverse and longitudinal direction of the manufactured flat structure, the thermal formwork is equipped with a separate detachable section of a power element rigidly connected to its transverse end without a thermal tray, on which there is thermal formwork installed in close proximity to the second transverse power support with linear pre-stressing, the first transverse movable power support of the section of the power element with slots for longitudinal stressed reinforcement, and at a certain distance from it a transverse fixed power support and further the second transverse movable power support of the power element, where between these two power supports there is a mechanical device for movement of the movable power support and behind it there is a limiter-key keeper. All transverse power supports of the power element, in the level of the longitudinal stressed reinforcement, have holes for power stressed metal rods, which are fixed by one end into holes of the first transverse movable power support, in slots of which there is also longitudinal stressed reinforcement fixed with one end, further rods stretch into holes of the transverse fixed power support and with the second end are fixed in holes of the second movable power support, and for development of pre-stressing in them, rods are equipped with placed detachable jackets-shells with input output nozzles for circulation of high-temperature coolant in them and heating of power rods to temperature of T°C=350-400°C, besides, the thermal formwork for flat pre-stressing is additionally equipped with middle formwork inserts.;EFFECT: improved design.;2 cl, 6 dwg
