The invention relates to the field of commercial fishing, namely to evaluate the effectiveness of sonar devices and echo sounders (fish-finding sonar equipment - RPA), and can be used to identify competitive commercially manufactured species RPA, and as a means of exercise during the training process. The system comprises a user interface module, a database of objects and producing fishing vessels, basic module, simulation-modeling module, the data exchange module, a block unit and inference simulated imaging sonar information, operation modes simulated fish-finding equipment and reporting the results of calculations and reports. What is new is that the system is further provided with a storage unit and creating scenarios in part making an electronic mechanism of local changes made so that the latter eliminates the return to the initial step of the algorithm input data values only partial replacement of individual components with necessary parameters. The utility model can improve service capabilities and ease of use in conducting expert assessments of specific brands studied echo sounders and sonars.
